纳米存储器

  科学家预测,不久的将来可以用一个方糖大小的存贮器装下相当于100个美国国会图书馆的纸本信息,并为此追求不懈。中国科学家提出了一种纳米环磁随机存储器的原理型器件设计结构,并制备出新型纳米环磁随机存储器的原理型演示器件。这种设计有望成为下一代磁随机存储器件的核心技术之一。

  Thanks to the nanotechnology, one can use a sugar cube-sized memory to store information equal to those stored in 100 Library of Congress in the near future. Chinese scientists have proposed a design structure of magnetic random access memory(MRAM)device with nanoring magnetic tunnel junctions as the storage units, and successfully manufactured its demonstration devices. It’s expected to be one of the core technologies of magnetic random access memory devices in the next generation.
