It was successfully cultivated in 1956 and once was shown in a goldfish exhibition in Wuhan. Since yellow goldfish is rather rare, it wins many appreciations. The body is short and robust with khaki grounding and blackish scales scattered on the whole body. The khaki color shows faintly like wrapped in a black and orange tiger hide. Besides, it has narial bouquets, hence the name.
