Red and Transparent Egg-fish with Narial Bouquets

This variety was early mentioned in 1893 in "Bamboo Pavilion Miscellanies" written by Yao Yuanzhi, which said it had both soft and hard scales. Soft scales are transparent and colorless, through which you may faintly see bowels; while hard ones have colors and part of them may be reflective. The body is mainly covered by soft scales with scattered hard ones. Those having such kind of scales are collectively called "Red and Transparent" goldfish. The body is long and round with red and white narial bouquets.
