Porcelain "Zun" (Liquid Vessel) with Celadon and Cord Design
It was produced in the Shang Dynasty, with the height of 18 centimeters, 19.65 cm caliber and the bottom diameter of 9.9 centimeters. It is now collected by Shanghai Museum. It has flared mouth, squared lip, deep abdomen and restrained waist. Both sides were glazed thinly and evenly with the color of blue and yellow to nearly the bottom. Several rows of cord design were carved outside, and one circle of tiny panes respectively imprinted on its mouth edge and the lower part of its abdomen as simple and elegant decoration.
Kuilong Handle of Primal Celadon Porcelain
It was celadon porcelain with vertical mouth, oblique shoulders, as well as heads and feet of 3 animals underneath. There is a Kuilong handle on its abdomen and back respectively. An animal head-shaped run (glaze) was stuck to the one side of its shoulder. Run is a shallow hole, which is not connected with the abdomen, it is purely for decoration. An animal tail-shaped run was stuck to the other side of its shoulder. With circular lid covering its mouth and semi-circular button, it is decorated by two circles of S-shaped veins all round. There are repeated river patterns from its mouth edge to the shoulder separated by five rings of cord design. Veins are numerous in number but good in order. The overall sculpt shows us the delicate skill. In addition, the ware modeled after bronze utensil is extremely vivid and lively.
