How Big Can Beasts Grow? 

  The size and outer appearance of beasts vary to the largest extent among all vertebrates. Typical beasts have a head, two ears, a neck, four limbs, a body and a tail. Due to the differences of their habitat, the sizes and outer appearances of all beasts are quite different. The smallest beast, the dormouse, is only a few grams in weight and a few centimeters in length; while, the blue whale, which looks like a fish, usually is as long as tens of meters and weighs more than 90 tons.
